U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders must be placed by 11am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically process within 2 business days (Monday - Saturday). During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Saturday (excluding holiday weekends).  Neckwerks Neckwear ships to the  United States including Hawaii and Alaska and internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Neckwerks Neckwear shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Neckwerks Neckwear is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Prices may vary depending on location and are automatically calculated with rates directly from USPS.

If you prefer a different shipping provider, please call or email us BEFORE placing your order so we can adjust the shipping options accordingly. 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Please carefully proofread your shipping address when ordering. If you find that you entered your address incorrectly, please email us IMMEDIATELY at info@neckwerksneckwear.com or you may call us at 919-473-6134. If your package is undeliverable, it may delay arrival by one month. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs if your package is returned and we have to reship.
